Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at Help@Takeonline.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and the address for shipping your item back.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
